How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, for a total of roughly 8–16 business days from the day you order. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Every order ships free within the United States, with no minimum. More in our Shipping Policy.

Where is Howlera based?

Howlera is a United States–based online studio, shipping throughout the US. We're headquartered in Houston, Texas.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We'll make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund, your choice. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll take care of it. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I cancel after ordering?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, before they enter processing. Email us with your order number as soon as possible and we'll take care of it. Once an order is in processing, we're unable to cancel it.

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item in its original, unused condition. No restocking fees. The full process is in our Refund Policy.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

Do you cover defects or issues after delivery?

Yes. If anything arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, we replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you — just reach out within 30 days. Everything is covered under our Refund Policy.

How do I exchange an item?

Email us and we'll arrange an exchange for a different size, color, or product. The steps are in our Refund Policy.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you can follow it anytime on our order tracking page — just enter your order number or tracking number. We'll also email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.

Do you have a physical store?

Howlera is online only. It lets us focus entirely on a small, considered catalog rather than a crowded shelf.
